Trick or Treat Scheduled

Trick or Treat will be held on Halloween evening, Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009 for the City of Wauseon.  Trick or Treat times are 6pm until 7:30pm.  Please use extra caution while driving during this time to help keep our area youth safe. 

Crime Watch Bulletin    10/7/2009

The Wauseon Police Department is requesting information from the public to assist in solving the below listed crime(s):

Sometime between the hours of 9pm on Monday, October 5^th, and 6am, on Tuesday, October 6^th, at least 2 vehicles were entered while parked at the West Elm Apartments.  The unknown suspect(s) took a car stereo out of each vehicle.  Both vehicles were unlocked.

Again, PLEASE remember to lock your vehicles at all times, even when parked at home.  Also, remember to keep all valuables, including loose change and keys, inside your residence, or on you, when parking your car.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact the Wauseon Police Dept. at (419)335-3821.  Callers providing information may be eligible for a reward up to $1000.
