The Wauseon Police Department is requesting information from the public to assist in solving the below listed crime(s):
Sometime between the hours of on Monday October 5th, and on Tuesday October 6th, at least 2 vehicles were entered while parked at the West Elm Apartments. The unknown suspect(s) took car stereos out of each of the vehicles. Both vehicles were unlocked.
Again, PLEASE remember to lock your vehicles at all times, even when parked at home. Also, remember to keep all valuables, including loose change and keys, inside your residence or on you when parking your car.

Crime Watch Bulletin 9/24/2009
The Wauseon Police Department is requesting information from the public to assist in solving the below listed crime(s):
Sometime between the hours of and on Sunday September 13, 2009, an unknown suspect or suspects tampered with waste oil drums located behind E & H Auto Clinic, 1066 Ottokee St. The result of the tampering was approximately 500 gallons of waste oil being spilt on the ground and surrounding areas.

Crime Watch Bulletin 9/09/2009
The Wauseon Police Department is requesting information from the public to assist in solving the below listed crimes:
The Wauseon Police Department has received reports of a rash of thefts from unlocked cars in the city. These thefts occurred on Monday night, 9/7/09, into the early hours of Tuesday morning, and again on Tuesday night, 9/8/09, into early Wednesday morning. Suspect(s) are said to be male, and wearing a black or dark colored hoodie sweatshirt.

On Monday, July 6, 2009, between the hours of 3:30 am and 11:30 pm, unknown suspect(s) forcibly made entry to an apartment at Fulton Place Apartments, 1170 N. Shoop Ave. Items taken include an Xbox 360, controllers, and games, as well as other items.

Sometime between the hours of 10:35 and 10:45 pm on Friday, May 29th, 2009 an unknown suspect or suspects made entry to a vehicle parked at 840 W. Elm St. Apartments in front of the 1200 building. An Ipod and a CD/car stereo player were taken.

Sometime between the hours of midnight and 2:00 am on Friday May 8th, 2009, a residence in the 200 block of
Birch St.was entered while the victim was home.
Unknown suspect or suspects made forced entry to the rear of the residence.
Undisclosed items were taken.

Crime #1
The Mailbox Store at 476 E. Airport Hwywas broken into sometime between 6:10 pm on Monday February 16, 2009 and 9:30 am Tuesday February 17th. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the business and an undisclosed amount of money was taken.

WAUSEON CRIME WATCH
The Wauseon PD in requesting information from the public to assist in solving the below listed crimes:
CRIME #1 - On 10/30/08 at around 2:00 am the Valero gas station at
1200 N. Shoop Avewas broken into and undisclosed items were taken. The suspect is a white male, approximately 5’06 to 5’9 tall and 160 to 180 pounds, wearing a grey sweatshirt with the hood up and boots. Suspect fled in an unknown direction.
CRIME # 2 - On 10/31/08 between the hours of 1:40 pm and 3:30 pm a residential burglary occurred at
120 Birch St. Suspect(s) entered the residence and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and other property.

WAUSEON CRIME WATCH BULLETIN
5-22-08
The Wauseon PD in requesting information from the public to assist in solving the below listed crimes.
CRIME # 1 - The Burger King Restaurant in the 400 Block of East Airport Hwy was robbed at gun point at approximately 2:00 a.m. in the early morning of May 22, 2008. The suspect was described as a possible Hispanic male about 5 feet 7 inches tall, 160 pounds, wearing all black with a bandana covering his face. The suspect approached the employees in the parking lot on the west side of the business as they were leaving for the night. The suspect brandished a small handgun and fled with an undisclosed amount of money south from the business.
CRIME # 2 – Suspect(s) entered the property of Northwest Ohio Foam Products in the 100 Block of South Shoop Ave. between the dates of May 5, 2008 and May 9, 2008 and removed a large quantity of aluminum from the property. The quantity taken would have needed a large truck with a least two or more offenders.
CRIME # 3 – The Continental Carryout Drive Thru in the 1200 Block of North Shoop Ave. was entered during the late evening or April 19, 2008 to the early morning hours of April 20, 2008. The suspect(s) took and undisclosed amount of money and fled.
CRIME # 4 – Several cars with the keys left in them have been taken over the last few months during the late evening to early morning hours from various driveways throughout the City of Wauseon. The majority of the cars were returned and found in the Wauseon area within days of their disappearance.

WAUSEON CRIME WATCH
The Wauseon Police Department is requesting the publics help in solving the below listed crimes.
Crime # 1 – The Wauseon Police Department is asking for information regarding a residential burglary that occurred at 241 East Chestnut St. at approximately 4:30 p.m. on February 15, 2008. Suspect(s) entered the residence and stole several items. These items include several United States Silver Dollars dating back to the eighteen hundreds.
Crime #2 – The Wauseon Police Department is asking for information regarding an arson fire that took place at Harmon Football Field at approximately 9:15 p.m. on the night of March 15, 2008. Suspect(s) entered the stadium by jumping or going under the outer perimeter fence and using a lighter to set the canvas covering of the ceremonial TP on fire.
